Warranty Policy

KROWLER warrants that your Product, when purchased from an authorised retailer, will be free of defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of receipt of Product subject to the limitations set forth below.

During the warranty period, KROWLER will, at its option, repair or replace a defective product without charge to you, including pre-approved shipping costs, provided that we are able to verify that the product qualifies under this warranty. If determined by KROWLER that replacement of the Product is appropriate to service this warranty, the replacement product will carry the same Limited One Year Warranty from the original date of receipt or an additional thirty (30) days after the repair or replacement, whichever is longer. It is at the discretion of KROWLER PTE. LTD. to issue new or reconditioned Products as replacement under this warranty. If the Product is no longer in stock or production, KROWLER may at it sole discretion replace the Product with a substitute model of equivalent functionality.

This warranty only applies to products operated in Singapore. Products bought directly from authorised retailers but operated outside Singapore will be supported through online support. Where deemed necessary, KROWLER will ship replacement parts to be replaced by the operator located overseas.

To obtain Warranty Service, please contact us with the following information:

  • Description of the problem. and
  • Proof of purchase which clearly states the date of purchase and Product type

Products without proof of purchase will not be eligible for Warranty Service. Repairs or replacement may still be offered at cost to the user.

This Warranty only applies to defective factory material and factory workmanship and does not cover defects or damages caused by or attributable to:

  1. improper storage or faulty installation and operation; misuse or abuse; accident or neglect,
  2. subjecting the product or accessories to improper or abnormal usage or conditions, or
  3. other acts which are not the fault of KROWLER, including matters attributable to KROWLER Associates.

It is the end-user’s responsibility to operate and care for the product in accordance with the instructions and specifications of the product. Repairs resulting from failure to do so are not covered by the Warranty.

REPAIRS, REPLACEMENTS OR REFUNDING AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY ARE THE EXCLUSIVE REM­EDY OF THE END-USER. NEITHER KROWLER NOR KROWLER ASSOCIATES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION COMMERCIAL LOSS, INCIDENTAL EXPENSES, LOSS OF TIME, OR INCONVENIENCE. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WAR­RANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PRACTICAL PURPOSE.

Please register your product here for easier warranty claims as your proof of purchase would be stored digitally in our system. This process is especially important if you are not the original purchaser of the Product or have purchased the Product from anywhere other than our website.
