We invite you to review our policy on returns and refunds. By placing an order or making a purchase at KROWLER.CO, you agree to the returns and refund terms and conditions set forth below along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to update and make changes to our returns and refund policy to accurately reflect our service and policies. Any changes or updates will be posted here prominently.

Interpretation

The following definitions shall have the same meaning throughout the document whether they appear in singular or plural.

Interpretation
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company: when this policy mentions "Company", "we", "us", or "our", it refers to KROWLER PTE. LTD. that is responsible for your information under this Privacy Policy.
  • Goods: Items offered for sale on the Service
  • Service: Refers to https://www.krowler.co and associated subdomains
  • Order: Request by you to purchase goods from us
  • Website: KROWLER PTE. LTD.'s site, which can be accessed via this URL: https://krowler.co.
  • You: a person or entity accessing or using the Service, as applicable
  • Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit and use the services.

Our return policy covers all regular priced goods and is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase or 7 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered, whichever earlier.

Returns are only accepted for defective items or items grossly misrepresented in product listings. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition with packaging intact.

We do not accept returns on sale, promotional or consumable products (e.g. CO2 Cartridges or Food and Beverages), as well as returns on regular priced items beyond the stipulated validity period above.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us via our contact form.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods if the returned goods meet our conditions for return. We will use the same means of payment that was used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for reimbursement. We are unable to provide refund via alternative means other than the payment method used for the order.

The following conditions must be met in order for the goods to be eligible for a return:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The original packaging is intact and not damaged
  • The goods were not used and damaged by you
  • The original receipt/invoice or other relevant proof of purchase is presented with the goods

 

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods that were personalised and made to your specifications
  • Consumable goods such as CO2 Cartridges
  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
  • Goods which are, after deliver, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items
  • Goods bought on sale or promotion (e.g. with coupons)

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We will advise you on the return address to ship the goods to when you contact us for return.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
